WHAT’S NEW FOR 2022?

We’re looking forward to another great year and we are optimistic that the construction industry will see more new homes and businesses using ICFs.

For High Performance Structures, we continue to assist do-it-yourself home builders with their ICF foundations. Our project in Canon City has used our expertise in radiant heating and LiteDeck flooring systems.

The foundation in Divide has been placed on bedrock as their footer.

After completing five foundations in 2021, we have an additional two scheduled for 2022.

Open Range Construction is very busy with four current builds:

One in Monument,

One in Florissant,

One in Woodland Park,

And a workshop in Florissant. We have started by building a retaining wall.

We will be breaking ground for a large garage in Woodland Park in February.

Continuing progress is being made on the Habitat for Humanity of Teller County Trailhead Townhomes we are helping to construct in Woodland Park. You may have seen these townhomes going up on Hiker’s Way off of Highway 67.

On the commercial side, we will be building an addition to the Pub Dog on Bott Avenue and then constructing a new Pub Dog on Templeton Gap.

The employees for Nu-Tech Systems stay busy with Fox Blocks orders and bracing rentals.  We have branched out to also be a distributor for Amvic and CelBlox ICF block.

As you can see, we have a full plate for the coming 2022 year.  We feel blessed that our HPS family has stayed relatively healthy and safe this past year.

A toast to the good things coming our way……
