(HPS).  At Open Range Construction, Ltd.  (ORC, Ltd) we specifically provide custom design-build and general contracting services for both residential and commercial clients. Open Range Construction, Ltd's A-Licensed contractors have over 20 years of construction experience completing projects that include: dozens of custom home builds in Douglas, El Paso and Teller Counties; the Honest Accurate Honda Automotive facility on Tutt Blvd in Colorado Springs; tenant-finishes and remodels of Taco Star Restaurants in Longmont, Commerce City and Colorado Springs;  the tenant-finish of the Alphagraphics Store in Glendale, the construction of the Paradise Baggage Company, a retail facility in Englewood Colorado; the Gold Camp Shooting Sports Center, an outdoor shooting range near Victor in Teller County, and the construction of the 5-Plex at the Eagle Fire Lodge and Suites in Woodland Park.

Martine began her career in education, teaching both in Taiwan and the United States. Later she pursued an opportunity to open and manage a project-based, alternative education program for the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, Intel and the Museum of Science in Boston. Martine’s experience and accomplishments spear-heading and managing 501-3C programs and working in the non-profit environment include generating over a million dollars in grant funding, successfully keeping projects and programs under budget and meeting all project schedules and specifications.

Today, Martine enjoys utilizing her skills, experiences, and passion for learning to continually find ways to improve the efficiency and quality of both the products and services provided by Open Range Construction, Ltd. She encourages responsibility, professional development and personal growth and considers it her personal mission to change the face of the construction industry.

Dan is a Colorado native and outdoorsman whose respect for nature is reflected in the company's desire to build efficient structures using sustainable building materials and environmentally conscious construction methods.
