February 9 - 14: Everything's happening all at once now!

Taking advantage of a few days of warmer weather, TW Stucco is finally able to put on the color coat and Araco Concrete Contractors prepare, pour, stamp and stain the hardscapes. The roofers will also be out to finish the roof.

Dan's weekend project was installing the radiant heat system.

Tile work begins in the guest master and main master bathrooms. Planet Granite installs the kitchen and bath counters.

Interior door installation begins.

February 4 - 8: Appliances installed, floors completed, tile work, toilets, trim and interior doors all ready to go in.

Stainless steel kitchen appliances installed include a Kitchenaid microwave and built-in refrigerator, Frigidaire dishwasher and 36-inch dual-fuel range

January 28 thru February 3: light fixtures and cabinets are installed, floor staining and sealing continues

Master bedroom and bath light fixtures

Great room, nook and other bath light fixtures

Kitchen, laundry, bath, bar and wine celler cabinets are knotty alder

Front entry floors - a 3 inch border is cut out of the concrete and travertine tile is inset and the first coat of sealer is applied.

January 21-25: Now we're getting to the fun stuff: interior is painted; cabinets and interior doors are onsite and ready to install; floor staining begins.

Staining the concrete floors brings out their warmth and texture

January 15-17: Drywall is textured and stucco scratch coat is applied.

January 1 - 8: Drywall installation and taping continues, exterior stucco work continues though hampered by cold temperatures.

December 27 - 29: cat-5, cable and speaker wires run, drywall installation begins.

December 15 - 19: Work on electrical and stucco continues, central vacuum system installed.

December 1-6: Roof tile is loaded, lath for stucco applied, interior electrical work begins and exterior doors are installed.

November 16: Soffit installation continues, framing and plumbing is completed.

November 6: Cedar soffits are installed.

October 16-19: Roof is papered and interior framing continues.

October 15: Roof is sheathed and interior framing begins.

October 1-4: Trusses are installed.

September 25 - 29: Bracing and plating are removed from the upper level, windows are installed and preparations are made for trusses to be installed.

September 17 - 20: Radiant floor tubing is installed, forms are plated and braced, where necessary. Upper walls and basement slab are poured.
