April 27, 2008: Can lights are in, interior is drywalled, textured and painted. Concrete floors are stained.

Exterior details are finished to match the existing home.

April 8, 2008: Driveway and sidewalks are put in by Araco Concrete Contractors.

March 25, 2008: Color coat of stucco is applied & stonework finished to match existing house. Truss insulation & electrical is put in.

March 1, 2008: Base coat of stucco is applied, garage door, windows and doors are installed and interior framing is completed.

January 4, 2008: Trusses are on and sheeted, work on baseement in floor heat begins.

November 29, 2007: Upper ICF walls are poured.

November 10, 2007: Periferal drain is installed around the foundation.

October 31, 2007: foundation and upper slab pour are completed.

October 26, 2007: Radiant tubing is installed, plumbing base completed and preparations for foundation pour are made.

September 26, 2007: Crew Begins to Stack ICF Block

September 10 - 12, 2007: Footers are Installed and Poured
