May 24, 2009:Closets, & paint. Interior trim work in progress

April 1, 2009: Concrete walks, drives, texturing, & drywall progress, closets in place.

March 19, 2009: Trusses go on & are sheeted.

 

March 18, 2009: Interior Framing Completed

 

March 16, 2009: Main Level ICF Walls Poured

 

March 5 - 11, 2009: Peripheral Drain and window wells installed main level ICF walls stacked.

 

February 18, 2009: Litedeck structural floors, beams, plumbing base & radiant tubing are installed.

 

February 7, 2009: Foundation wall-stacking is in progress.

February 3, 2009: Footers are poured.

February 1-2, 2009: Footers are installed.

January 27 - 29, 2009: Excavation of the site is completed.

January 21, 2009: Owners, Heidi and Julian, are on hand for the long-awaited groundbreaking! Early sitework included the construction of the ICF retaining wall.
